To access the full range of services offered by qqollo, you must complete the registration process accurately and truthfully. You agree to provide complete, current, and accurate information during registration, including your full legal name as it appears on your KTP, date of birth, email address, and preferred payment method details.
Each individual may hold only one registered Account on the qqollo Platform. Opening duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate Account closure and forfeiture of all balances. If you suspect that a duplicate account has been created in your name without your consent, you must notify qqollo support immediately.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. qqollo will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. You agree to notify qqollo immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account. qqollo will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.
qqollo operates a tiered KYC verification process. Standard verification requires submission of a valid Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP). Enhanced verification — required for higher-value withdrawal requests — may additionally require a selfie with ID, proof of bank account ownership (a statement or screenshot showing your name and BCA, BRI, BNI, or Mandiri account number), and source-of-funds documentation. Accounts that have not completed KYC verification may have withdrawal functionality restricted until the verification process is complete.
qqollo accepts deposits via the following payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, and Bank Danamon. All deposits must be made from a bank account registered in your own name. Withdrawals are processed to the same bank account used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification status. In the event that a sporting fixture, draw, or gaming event is cancelled, postponed, or declared void after wagering has opened, qqollo reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the Player's Balance. In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or human error resulting in the display of incorrect odds, prices, or game results, qqollo reserves the right to void any affected bets and correct the error. Winnings paid in error — whether resulting from a software fault or administrative mistake — remain the property of qqollo and may be recovered from your Account Balance.
The following actions are strictly prohibited on the qqollo Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of Balance, and where applicable, legal action:
All content on the qqollo Platform — including but not limited to the qqollo name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of qqollo or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial recreational gaming purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of qqollo.
The collection, processing, storage, and use of your personal data by qqollo is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which qqollo holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement — including any question regarding its existence, validity, or termination — shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that licensing jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by mandatory applicable law.
